1. Our service

C5 Form Jamaica is an independent agency that provides guided assistance for completing the Jamaica immigration and customs (C5) declaration. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government department or official authority.

2. Service fee

Our fee covers the preparation, review and submission support of your declaration. It is separate from, and additional to, any government fee that may apply. You may complete the declaration yourself, free of any service fee, through the relevant official channels.

3. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate, complete and truthful information. We are not liable for delays, refusals of entry or other consequences arising from incorrect or incomplete information you supply.

4. Payments and refunds

Payment is due at the time of application. Because preparation work begins immediately, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis where the declaration has not yet been processed.

5. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability in connection with the service is limited to the amount of the service fee paid. We do not guarantee entry into Jamaica, which is determined solely by the relevant authorities.

6. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published at the time of your application applies to that application.
