How our fees work

Our fee is a service charge for the preparation, review and submission support of your declaration. It is separate from, and additional to, any fee that a government authority may charge. You are always free to complete the declaration yourself, at no service cost, through the relevant official channels.

Service options

• Standard — guided form, error checking and email confirmation, processed within 24 hours.
• Priority — everything in Standard plus faster processing and a manual review by an agent.
• Family — a single checkout covering several travellers on the same trip.
